From humble beginnings in the Rocks in Sydney in 2012, we are proud to be the longest-serving Salesforce ecosystem recruiters in the APAC region.

Our Story

Having been in operation for over 10 years, we have chosen an inch wide, mile deep approach with a product-specific recruitment service because we genuinely enjoy the community and ethos that has been built around the Salesforce ecosystem – or, as our fellow evangelists would call it, the Salesforce Ohana.

Conversation has always been at the heart of why we love what we do and we firmly believe that this is what drives the most exciting opportunities. Stuart Smith

Director Of Strategic Growth

Stuart is the Director of Strategic Growth and has been with the business since the very beginning. He has worked in the industry for 12 years, and his previous position was as MD for Talentforce, where he helped complete a management buyout alongside Will, leading to the formation of what we now know as SaaSpeople. Uncovering opportunities through conversation with clients, candidates, and partners is Stuart’s speciality. Aside from his impressive career, he’s particularly proud of having left Ireland at such a young age to pursue his dreams. When he’s not at work, he can be found sailing, camping, 4x4ing or watching
Rugby Union.
